Overview: Another year, another megahit dance game! The newest entry in this music-game series lets you play without a camera peripheral – the Just Dance Controller app uses your smartphone as the motion controller. New modes this year include Dance Party, which lets players work together or compete in dance-offs, and Dance Quests, where you unlock 4-song quests. World Video Challenge lets players send videos of their performances to challenge people from all around the world. New modes and tech advances are nice, but the most important part of a Just Dance game is the songs. Happily, this year features an extraordinary mix of danceable tunes. Whether you dance to newer songs like “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson Ft. Bruno Mars or older jams like “Let’s Groove” by Equinox Stars, there’s something here for every taste.
