Overview: The latest game in the long-running fighting game series offers all-out battles for days. The series’ time-tested 2D throw-downs are back – as are its perfect controls, cartoon visuals, and well-known characters. New to this edition is the V-Gauge. This meter fills as the player takes damage and adds three new techniques to each fighter: V-Skill, V-Reversal, and V-Trigger. This new wrinkle in the series adds a world of strategy for hardcore fighters, but is designed to be accessible to total newbs as well. Favorite Street Fighters like Ryu, Chun-Li, and M. Bison are back, but there are new characters too. You can fight as the Aztec warrior Necalli; Rashid, who manipulates wind; F.A.N.G, a new member of the Shadaloo Grand Masters; or Laura, a master of electricity.
